Statutory Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days. Details regarding the conditions, deadlines and consequences of withdrawal can be found in our Cancellation Policy.

Voluntary 30-Day Return Policy

In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, we voluntarily offer a total return period of 30 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

The following conditions apply exclusively to the voluntary return policy after the statutory 14-day withdrawal period has expired. Your statutory right of withdrawal and your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.

Under our voluntary return policy, you may return goods provided they are unused and complete. Please contact our support team before returning any items so that we can provide you with the necessary return instructions.

The customer is responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods. Free items or complimentary gifts included in the order must also be returned. If these are not returned, their value may be taken into account when calculating the refund.

Where possible, please use the original packaging or another suitable package to ensure that the goods are adequately protected during return transport.

Complaints and Defective Goods

If an item arrives defective or damaged, or if a defect occurs during the statutory warranty period, please contact our support team. We will review the case and arrange an appropriate solution in accordance with your statutory warranty rights.
