The Skinhawk Prestige Kayak 490 is a versatile all-round kayak for leisure use, excursions and longer tours.
Whether lake, river, coast or a fishing trip – you can drift comfortably, paddle relaxed or cover several kilometers with ease.

Thanks to the integrated keel, the kayak tracks smoothly and reliably keeps its direction.
Whether you are paddling for the first time or already have experience – the Prestige 490 is easy to control and rides pleasantly stable. You quickly get used to it and can enjoy your time on the water without constantly having to correct your course.

With a length of 490 cm and a load capacity of 300 kg, it is designed for up to three people and also offers sufficient storage space for touring gear.

With its 96 cm wide hull, the kayak sits very calmly in the water and is particularly stable against tipping. Getting in and out at the shore, short stops or relaxed sitting are therefore much more comfortable than in narrower kayaks.

The stable drop-stitch floor additionally provides a firm and secure feeling on the water.

Robust construction & safety

The 0.9 mm thick PVC material is particularly durable and designed for typical leisure and outdoor use. Tours with a dog are also easily possible with normal handling.

For additional safety, the Prestige 490 features 3 separate air chambers. This safety principle is also used in many inflatable boats and provides reassuring security on the water.

Quick to set up

The kayak is ready for use in approx. 9 minutes and can be transported compactly in a car.
Packed size when folded: approx. 80 × 53 × 38 cm.
Ideal for spontaneous trips, vacations or camping.

After the tour, it can be folded up to save space and easily stored at home.
